The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission is allowing the Boston Beer Company to recall from distributors bottles of Samuel Adams beer that contains particles of glass due to the potential risk for defective product injuries.
All 12-ounce glass Samuel Adams products except Triple Bock and Utopia are affected by the recall because the beverages contain small bits of glass that could cause defective product injury to consumers.

The FDA has confiscated $1.3 million worth of dietary supplements which contained ingredients that were not approved by the FDA and could cause potential drug injuries.
The dietary supplements, marketed under the names “Methyl 1-D,” “Methyl 1-D XL,” and “Formadrol Extreme XL,” contain food additives and ingredients that have not been approved by the FDA and could cause potential drug injuries.
The dietary supplements which have risks for potential drug injuries came from LG Sciences, LLC, of Brighton, Michigan.
These dietary supplements could pose risks for Texas drug injuries.

A man is suing a birth control company for the death of his wife after she suffered drug injuries, including a blood clot, following the use of NuvaRing, WCBS reported.
The young woman and drug injury victim died suddenly in the night when a blood clot that traveled through her pelvic region spread to her lungs.
The drug injury victim had been using NuvaRing for six months prior to her death.
The woman’s mother said her daughter reported aching symptoms in the day prior to her drug injury, but she suffered no other symptoms.
The company who owns NuvaRing says that blood clots are a risk of all combined hormonal contraceptives.
Dozens of other lawsuits have been filed because of possible drug injuries with NuvaRing since 2001.
NuvaRing could cause Texas drug injuries.
