He received his bachelor’s degree in finance at Auburn University in 2004. Mr. Linville attended Florida State University’s College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. He also studied law in Oxford, England, and spent one year at Southern Methodist University School of Law. While with the firm, he has focused on representing victims of pharmaceutical products.

He is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, American Bar Association, and American Association for Justice.
