Since 1988, Mr. Kirtley has litigated hundreds of cases involving automobile and trucking collisions, premises defects, wrongful death, construction accidents, dangerous products, injured seamen and longshoremen, insurance claims, workers' compensation, employment-related claims, consumer and commercial transactions, sexual abuse, and medical malpractice.

Mr. Kirtley is licensed to practice in Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, District of Columbia, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and West Virginia; the United States Northern, Eastern, and Southern District Courts of Texas; the United States Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas; the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court.
