John T. Kirtley III
John T. Kirtley, III is an associate in the firm's Litigation Section and has practiced law since 1988. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Texas attorneys have given him the highest professional and ethical rating (AV), and they have selected him as a 2006 "Texas Super Lawyer" for the publishers of Law & Politics and Texas Monthly magazines.

Mr. Kirtley is licensed to practice in all courts in the State of Texas, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States Northern, Eastern and Southern District Courts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals-Fifth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
As a native Houstonian, Mr. Kirtley graduated with honors from the University of Houston. He earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Trial Advocacy.
