Mr. Kirtley is licensed to practice in all courts in the State of Texas, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States Northern, Eastern and Southern District Courts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals-Fifth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

As a native Houstonian, Mr. Kirtley graduated with honors from the University of Houston. He earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Trial Advocacy.
