Matthew Daniel is an associate in the firm’s Pharmaceutical Section. He received his bachelor’s degree in 1999 from the University of Oklahoma, followed in 2003 by a master’s degree in Business in 2003 from The Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. In 2006, he received his Juris Doctorate from The Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University. Since joining the firm in 2006, Matt has focused on representing victims who have been harmed by pharmaceutical products. He is a member of the Texas Bar Association, American Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, and American Association for Justice.
