Brittany is an attorney in Ferrer, Poirot & Wansbrough’s products liability section, where she helps people injured by defective products, such as Actos, Xarelto, and Pradaxa. Brittany's current practice is focused on Abilify and Taxotere.
Prior to joining Ferrer, Poirot & Wansbrough, Brittany O’Shea earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. During her time in Florida, Brittany represented the interests of minor children in court as a Guardian ad litem for St. John’s County. She then went earned her Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law, graduating with Pro Bono Honors. Brittany previously worked as a law clerk in the area of family law in Charlotte, NC.
Brittany is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.
