Ellis Hays II earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Jackson State University.  Ellis joined Ferrer, Poirot, & Daniel as a law clerk in 2015 and obtained his Juris Doctor from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2017.

Since joining our law firm, he has focused primarily on pharmaceutical and medical device litigations. He is licensed to practice law in Texas. Ellis is a member of the American Bar Association and also a member of the State Bar of Texas.
