Hussain Ismail is originally from Houston, TX and graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2009. He majored in political science and minored in global health. Hussain earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center in 2013. While in law school, he was the chief articles editor of the Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy and received the Editor of the Year Award in 2013. He was also a member of the UH Law Moot Court team and competed in multiple Moot Court competitions, including the NYU Immigration Law Moot Court Competition.
Hussain joined Ferrer, Poirot & Wansbrough in December 2015 and focuses on pharmaceutical litigation. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and is a member of the State Bar of Texas and The American Association for Justice.
