The Associated Press reported that the FDA has released a list of 20 medications that may pose safety concerns such as potential drug injuries for patients.
However, some worry that this list of medications, which does not provide specific information regarding the potential drug injuries or safety concerns of the medications on the list, may cause more harm than good, causing some patients to stop taking medications out of fear.
Two of the medications on the list include heparin and Tysabri.
Without specific information regarding the dangers for drug injuries with the use of these medications, patients may elect stop their prescribed medication regimens and cause drug injuries to themselves.
Texas patients who stop their medication regimens because they fear drug injuries could cause potential drug injuries to themselves by abruptly stopping medications.
