Do you think Michael Jackson’s doctor is guilty of medical malpractice? Apparently the Texas Medical Board has concerns about Conrad Murray’s ability to administer certain drugs because it has restricted his medical license.
According to USA Today, Michael Jackson’s doctor has had his medical license restricted by the Texas board in light of his alleged involvement in medical malpractice for giving a drug normally only given by an anesthesiologist.
The Board said that Murray cannot administer propofol, the drug responsible for Jackson’s death, or any other heavy sedative that is normally administered by an anesthesiologist.
