Joe Poirot
Joe Poirot graduated from Texas Tech University in 1977 with a degree in accounting. He continued his education at Texas Tech University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1981. Joe is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and he has devoted his legal career to helping injured victims obtain compensation for their injuries.
Joe has litigated hundreds of cases involving automobile and trucking collisions, premises liability, wrongful deaths, construction accidents, defective products, insurance claims, workers’ compensation, pharmaceutical claims, and medical malpractice. His years of experience handling pharmaceutical litigation and drug lawsuits have provided him with the skills necessary to take on powerful drug company legal teams.
Licensed to practice in all courts in Texas, Joe’s professional memberships include the American Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice Leaders Forum, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He was selected for inclusion in Thomson Reuters’ Texas Super Lawyers® for the publishers of Law and Politics and Texas Monthly magazines.
